Research assistant | May 2022 - Aug 2022

At the In Situ and Correlative Microscopy Group.
Working on the NERSC funded summer research project “Deep Generative Networks for Single-Particle 3D Reconstruction”.
Performing single particle analysis on varies real and synthetic Cryo-EM dataset.
Training 3D reconstruction neural network on Compute Canada GPU Cluster, analyzing results and tuning hyperparameters.
Automating large Cryo-EM synthetic datasets generation with multiple heterogeneity using Python, Chimera, Bash script, and RELION.


Makerspace assistant at Myhal Makerspace | Oct 2021 - Current

Working at the UofT Myhal Myhal Light Fabrication and Rapid Prototyping Facility.
Completed over 500 FDM and SLA 3D printing, laser cutting, and material/electronics order jobs.
Providing consultant service to students working on engineering projects.
Assisting in inventory control of materials, tools, equipment and general organization of the facility.


Freelance 3D modelling and CAD artist | 2018-2020

Using Blender and Fusion 360 to create 3D model for 3D printing.
3D print model and learning new software according to the client's need.
